Marina Franco is a costume designer and stylist who collaborates on the making process of films, series, plays, fashion campaigns, and ads. She is also an associate at Podre de Chique, a costume rental house based in Rio de Janeiro dedicated to curating and preserving an archive of vintage wardrobe.
With a B.A. in Art History from UERJ, Marina is fascinated by image-building and fashion as a cultural manifestation of human life — a perspective that fuels her passion for vintage culture and conscious fashion consumption, which she brings into every project she takes on. For her, costume and image design sit at the intersection of craft and storytelling: a way to turn ideas into something the eye can see and the body can wear.
